Tammy Nakahashi is a native of Huber Heights, Ohio and a graduate of The Ohio State University. She is an experienced world traveler, lover of various cultures, and is passionate about the inner journey of self-exploration and evolution of the soul.
Tammy earned her credentials as a Certified Coaching Professional in 2013. Since that time, she has been assisting people from all walks of life to break free of the societal, cultural, and family constructs keeping them from living a fully expressed life.
In her work, Tammy guides her clients to let go of meeting the expectation of others, transform limiting beliefs, heal the wounds of self-doubt, find a sense of inner strength and security, and integrate The Shadow.
Tammy says, “There is a deep sense of peace from being in alignment with my soul’s purpose, the unconditional love for who my soul came here to be, and the pure joy of stepping into the fullest expression of myself. But there is no greater joy than coaching others to free themselves from the limitations of their past so that they too can feel the satisfaction and contentment of being the master of their own lives.”
Tammy currently resides in beautiful Portland, Oregon.
“The secrets of alchemy exist to transform mortals from a state of suffering and ignorance to a state of enlightenment and bliss.”
– Deepak Chopra
Tammy is stepping into her light and embracing her call to serve as an Integrative Coach Professional. Having studied spiritual self-help topics for years, divine timing led her to Debbie Ford’s books and inspired her to begin her own transformation. She completed a rigorous 15-month coaching training program through The Ford Institute for Transformational Training. Tammy’s life then shifted dramatically. She moved across continents, changed careers, and created an inspiring life that has liberated her to be a fully expressed person. Tammy resides in the beautiful Pacific Northwest city of Portland, Oregon. She enjoys yoga, astrology, theatre, long walks, the beach and, of course, good food … especially ice cream!
